An Advocate of the High Court of Kenya admitted to the bar on 12th May 2001.

He is a member of the Law Society of Kenya in good standing.

Mr. Cheruiyot is the founder of the firm Kipkorir Cheruiyot, Chivai & Kigen Ad-
vocates. He brought on board the other partners and associates.

He is a consummate corporate lawyer who has acted for government corporations,
private corporations both local and multinational, large, middle level as well as
start-ups.
He is a graduate of the University of Nairobi, class of 1999. After some time, he
went back to the University of Nairobi and studied for a Master of Laws degree
in International Trade and Investments. In the sphere of trade, he is an expert at
public private partnerships as well as corporate governance.
